Swindon is a large town in the county of Wiltshire, South West England. Situated midway between Bristol and Reading it grew up as a railway town during the 20th century.

These days Swindon is one of the main settlements along the M4 corridor, with numerous companies choosing to set up offices in the town due to the excellent transport links. Companies such as Honda, BMW and Intel all have major offices in the town.

Culturally, Swindon has a lot to offer, with a number of sports team including Swindon Town F.C., Swindon Robins Speedway team and the Swindon Wildcats Ice Hockey team. There are also many music venues, theatres and shopping centres where you can enjoy shopping at both national and independent stores
